Our Mission

Our mission is to provide therapeutic support services, where the primary goal is to treat substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders, by creating a supportive community that fosters personal growth leading to self accountability, so that individuals can achieve and sustain sobriety.

Outpatient treatment (OP)
Individual counseling
Medication assisted treatment (MAT)
Mental Health treatment
Crisis Housing

Eligibility / Referrals

To be eligible. Individuals must be 18 years of age or older and meet the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Patient Placement Criteria. Those who do not meet the admission criteria will be referred or recommended to another program.
